A nice little restaurant in Phalsbourg, the Mum café saved us on a Monday evening when everything else was closed.We had dinner on the terrace. The waiter was very friendly and quickly took our order.For my part, I opted for a homemade cordon bleu with goat cheese accompanied by fries and small vegetables.This dish is well prepared.My guest enjoyed the tagliatelle with morels and foie gras. He was in paradise...To finish, an iced meringue prepared like a Banana split where you switch the banana with the meringue.The Mum Café is a good place to eat. The food is good and the price is low.
